Dear Liberty Watch supporter,

Four issues deep and four issues strong, Liberty Watch, The Magazine. welcomes you back, whether it’s you’re first or fourth review.

Thanks to you, our readers, we are making strides in Nevada politics. And let me be the first to thank you for being behind that. Whether it’s your readership, subscription orsponsorship, this magazine is able to voice your opinions, views and politics to those who not only make the decisions, but read what options make sense for this independent state.

We are a reader-based magazine — pure and simple. We don’t rest on newsstands. We come straight to your mailbox. And when we arrive, we deliver the bottom line on what went right and what went wrong on the most relevant and pressing issues.

For the past three years, I have distributed Liberty Watch Online to more than 45,000 inboxes. In April, I expanded it into a comprehensive hardcopy version. Liberty Watch, The Magazine. delivers conservative insight on Nevada and national issues. In it, you will find former Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist Ken Ward’s work along with syndicated columnists Joe Sobran and Walter Williams. Local scribes include the libertarian minds of Mark Warden and financial expert Doug French. Heidi Harris from Las Vegas’ KXNT 840-AM morning show also contributes “Heidiology,” a column about Nevada happenings and mishappenings.

But Liberty Watch, The Magazine. is not all politics. State Senator Bob Beers pens a travel log in his “On the Road” column. We also have a roving eye, capturing paparazzi shots at various gatherings each month. Liberty Watch, The Magazine. also features moneymatters, book, wine and dining columns.

This publication has several objectives, but none more important than providing conservative Nevadans a voice. There are many ways to achieve that objective. One is building a strong team of minds, which we continue to do. Another is to keep content fresh. The most powerful means, though, is to build a strong support system through your subscription. Liberty Watch, The Magazine. costs $36 a year and is delivered to your mailbox monthly. Subscription also comes with Liberty Watch Online, which is delivered to your inbox every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can also check that out on our newly launched Web site — www.liberty-watch.com.

We not only ask for your subscription, though. We ask for your feedback. Feel free to e-mail Liberty Watch editor Mike Zigler anytime with comments, questions or news tips. His address is mikezigler@cox.com. In the meantime, browse this issue. Then, take a moment to complete the enclosed subscription form and return it to the noted address. Thank you for your support, and enjoy the magazine.

Respectfully,

George Harris
