Ron Paul is this countrys last chance

Thank you for writing a great article [All the buzz, July]. Our media, the fourth branch of government, cant even muster the slightest bit of rage or contempt for any candidate who supports all options. How the hell did we ever come to this?
I think the scary thing is that the majority of U.S. citizens would actually support a tactical nuclear strike on Iran and most of them couldnt even point out Iran on a map.

What is wrong with America?

Thank you for your article which speaks to much of that which we find chilling [All the buzz, July].
We think we are part of the American culture fairness, decency, liberty, Christian principles. Then one day we wake up to find our fellow Americans are nothing like us in their thinking. A pre-emptive nuclear strike? A thing so malevolent as to be evil incarnate? Such horror is advocated by candidates for the presidency and our fellow Americans? God help us.
We are nothing like those people. Perhaps this is the best argument for secession, so that like-minded folks can live together. Maybe the New Hampshire project is a very desirable thing. This nation has been rendered morally bankrupt by the sabotage of a couple of office buildings? If our neighbor would condone or favor nuclear attacks, then what might they do to us if we rubbed them the wrong way? How could we trust them around our children? Just what is the nature of the beasts the body snatchers have left here among us? May we escape judgment for this perversion, or, are we part of it, having failed to speak up clearly?
No, we feel no guilt. The thin veneer split and warped so easily that no words nor actions could have mended it.

Shooter review was on target, but there was one mistake

I really enjoyed your recent review of Shooter [On target, September], a movie I thought was great too. But (you may have heard this already!) the Rod Serling movie you referred to was called Seven Days in May. I think you may have made a mistake or didnt wait to the end the picture!
